Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Yarning Hearts, we take great care in selecting and packing every item. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for an exchange, the item must:

Be unused and unwound

Be in the same condition as received

Be returned with original packaging and tags

Be accompanied by proof of purchase
To request an exchange, please email us at yarning.hearts@gmail.com with your order details.
If your exchange is approved, you may:

Visit the Yarning Hearts store to exchange the item in person, or

Arrange to ship the item back to us.
Please note that shipping costs for exchanges are borne by the customer, unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
Exchange items are subject to product availability.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receiving it.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at yarning.hearts@gmail.com with:

A brief description of the issue

Photos of the item
Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or exchange where appropriate.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind.
The following items are also not eligible for exchange:

Yarn that has been wound into cakes

Items that have been used, washed, or altered

Sale or clearance items

Workshops, classes, or event tickets

Gift cards
Refunds
We currently do not offer refunds for purchases, except where required under applicable consumer protection laws.
