March is National Crafts Month and at Yarning Hearts, we’re celebrating with a full month of craft workshops and gatherings, creative experiences, and community events in Singapore.

If you’ve been looking for hands-on craft workshops in Singapore, knitting/crochet meet-ups or just looking to have some crafty fun this year, this is your invitation!

For one whole month, our yarn studio in Beach Road becomes a space to make, mend, explore, and connect.

What Is National Crafts Month?

National Crafts Month is a global celebration of handmade creativity, from knitting and crochet to embroidery, weaving, natural dye, and more.

At Yarning Hearts, we’ve curated a thoughtful line-up of workshops, community knit-alongs (KALs), online Instagram challenges and exclusive yarn sales. To top it off, we are also having a Grand Lucky Draw that we will draw at the end of the month!

Whether you’re a beginner or experienced maker, there’s something for you.

NCM Opening Party + Lalang Knit-Along (KAL) Kickoff

We open National Crafts Month in Singapore gathering of maker with a collective KAL.

Bring your current Work-In-Progress (WIPs) or Lalang Knit Top pattern and yarn as we gather to begin March together. If you’ve been searching for a new knitting community in Singapore or a supportive space to start a garment project, this is the perfect moment.

🌸 Closing Celebration

Closing Party + Ranunculus Knit Meet-Up

📍 Yarning Hearts Studio, Beach Road, Singapore

We close National Crafts Month with a community celebration.

Bring your completed WIP (made with yarns bought from Yarning Hearts) or your Ranunculus sweater (finished or in progress) and join fellow knitters in Singapore for an afternoon of sharing yarn stories and celebrating of progress.
