How it is structured

The book starts with the groundwork, casting on, choosing yarn for different sock styles, and the tools, double pointed needles, magic loop, small circulars and flexible DPNs, so you can decide what suits the way you knit. From there it works through toe up, cuff down and two at a time construction, then into the ten designer projects, which range across stripes, Fair Isle, cables and lace, plus a few styles that are simply sparkly or snuggly for the sake of it.
